I am all about being weird. I think normal is weird and weird is normal because I think everyone deep down is weird and awkward at heart but society has brainwashed and conformed us to believe that normal is the textbook definition of boring.
HOWEVER.... I think some things should be normal in the normal sense of the word. Like effectively communicating with the one you love... Speaking directly to them so they have no doubts about your identity so they can take what you say to heart and respond with how they feel so there is zero confusion about anything. Leaving it up for someone to guess and assume what you're trying to say... That only causes confusion and assumptions that could be harmful to both parties involved.
